DSBM反应型乳化剂无皂苯丙表面施胶剂的制备及应用

【摘要】 以马来酸酐、聚乙二醇600、氯磺酸和氨水为原料制备了反应型乳化剂马来酸聚乙二醇酯硫酸铵,然后以马来酸聚乙二醇酯硫酸铵、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为原料,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过无皂乳液聚合制备了DSBM反应型乳化剂苯丙表面施胶剂。以FT-IR、粒径分布和表面张力进行了结构表征和性能测试,FT-IR分析表明DSBM具有预期的共聚物结构,DSBM乳液平均粒径大约为21.48nm左右。马来酸聚乙二醇酯硫酸铵的CMC值为0.28g/l,γCMC为32.4mN/m。半个月后十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)/OP-10制备的表面施胶剂乳胶膜吸水率达到44.7%,马来酸聚乙二醇酯硫酸铵制备的乳液乳胶膜吸水率仅为19.5%。将DSBM和表面施胶淀粉复配对轻型纸进行表面施胶,与未施胶纸相比,经过DSBM施胶后轻型纸的抗水性能和强度性能明显提高,其Cobb值、表面强度、耐折度和裂断长均优于市售产品和进口产品。

【Abstract】 Ammonium sulfuric acid of polyethylene glycol esters maleic acid was prepared from material of maleic anhydride, polyethylene glycol 600, chlorosulfonic acid and ammonia water. DSBM reactive emulsifier styrene-acrylate surface sizing agent was prepared by emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization with ammonium sulfuric acid of polyethylene glycol esters maleic acid, styrene(St), butyl acrylate(BA) and methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) as materials, ammonium persulfate as initiator. Structural characterization and performance were tested by FT-IR, particle size distribution and surface tension. The experimental results show that CMC values of ammonium sulfuric acid of polyethylene glycol esters maleic acid is approximately 0.28g/l, γ CMC values is about 32.4mn/m. FT-IR analysis shows that DSBM has expected copolymer structure, average particle diameter of DSBM emulsion is 21.48 nm or so. Water absorption of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)/OP-10 was 44.7%, after half a month and that of ammonium sulfuric acid of polyethylene glycol esters maleic acid was only 19.5%. It was discussed the application experiment in light basis weight paper with DSBM and surface sizing starch mixture. The result showes that water resistance and strength performance of sizing paper increases significantly compared with unsized paper, the Cobb value, surface strength and folding endurance and breaking length are superior to comercial products and imported products.
