静电纺丝机理最新研究进展
Recent Development in Study on Mechanism of Electrospinning
【摘要】 介绍了多种静电纺丝装置,并从电磁学角度分析单极静电纺丝和正负极同电场的静电纺丝机理,讨论了静电纺丝相关结构装置及原理研究进展,包括Taylor锥与喷射、纳米纤维的弯曲非稳定性、溶液性质和工作过程及环境因素等建立的数学模型。最后指出了尚待解决的一些问题与展望。
【Abstract】 A variety of electrostatic spinning device are introduced.The mechanisms of single pole electrostatic spinning and dual electrode mode electrospinning are analyzed from the angle of electromagnetism.The principle of electrostatic spinning device structure and the research progress are discussed,including the Taylor cone and jet,the stability of nanometer fiber bending solution properties and the working process and the establishment of the environmental factors such as mathematical model.Finally some problems unsolved and prospect are pointed out.
