具有{010}晶面的锐钛矿TiO2纳米柱状晶的水热合成及光催化性能的研究

【摘要】 以过氧钛络合物为前驱体,采用水热法合成了{010}晶面暴露的锐钛矿TiO2纳米柱状晶,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征设备对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征。水热反应4h制备的柱状晶上的{010}晶面暴露率达到了86%。以罗丹明B为反应模型降解物,考察了柱状晶TiO2的光催化活性。结果表明,制备的柱状纳米晶TiO2具有较高的光催化活性,其活性与柱状晶{010}晶面暴露率相关。

【Abstract】 {010}-faceted anatase TiO2 nanocuboids were fabricated via hydrothermal route by using pereoxotitanium complex as precursor.The structure and morphology of the as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.The{010}-facet of nanocuboids with 4hhydrothermal reaction is up to 86%.The photocatalytic performance of the as-prepared samples was measured by degradation of Rhodamine B and the results showed that the nanocuboids with high photocatalytic activity and the activity associated with percentage of exposed{010}-facets.
