Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14大块金属玻璃表面HA/TiO2涂层的制备
Preparation of HA/TiO2 Coatings on Surface of Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14 Bulk Metallic Glasses
【摘要】 Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14金属玻璃具有较好的玻璃化形成能力和可靠的生物力学性能,但生物活性较差。采用溶胶凝胶法在Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14金属玻璃表面构建TiO2涂层,并进行水热处理使其具有锐钛矿结构;随后又在模拟体液(SBF)中进行仿生生长实验。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和激光显微拉曼光谱仪(Raman)等观察和分析涂层表面形貌及物相组成。结果表明,TiO2涂层可改善Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14金属玻璃试样表面生物活性;在模拟体液中浸泡7天后,覆盖TiO2涂层的金属玻璃可快速诱导磷灰石沉积,在金属玻璃基体表面形成HA/TiO2复合涂层。
【Abstract】 Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)have been studied extensively as a new type of biomaterials owing to their excellent mechanical properties and good glass-forming ability.However,the bioactivity of Ti-based bulk glassy alloy is essential when it is used as the candidate for implant.A TiO2 coating was prepared on the surface of Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14 bulk metallic glass by sol-gel technique,and the TiO2 coating was in anatase type after hydro-thermal treatment at 170℃.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Raman microspectrometry(Raman)were employed to investigate the morphology,component and microstructure of the coatings.The results show that the bioactivity of Ti-based bulk glassy alloy is improved.After immersion in simulated body fluid(SBF)for 7days,a Ca-P coating mainly consisting of hydroxyapatite(HA)is deposited on the surface of TiO2 coated Ti40Zr10Cu36Pd14bulk metallic glass.
