He/H2/HD体系在5A分子筛上的吸附分离行为
Adsorption Separation Behavior of He/H2/HD System on the 5A Molecular Sieve
【摘要】 氢同位素在分子筛上的吸附分离行为是一重要的科学及工程基础问题。针对He/H2/HD与5A分子筛这一体系,综合应用Langmuir-Freundlich吸附等温线方程、空隙填充吸附模型和理想吸附溶液理论,初步描述了He/H2/HD体系在5A分子筛上的吸附分离行为。结果表明:在忽略He吸附的情况下,采用不同方式获得H2/HD体系的吸附等温线虽有差异,但趋势一致;在相同温度下,5A分子筛中每种组分的饱和吸附量是相同的,与组分种类无关;分离因子的计算结果显示,低温循环色谱法分离浓缩H2/D2体系、HD/D2体系和HT/H2体系是完全可行的。
【Abstract】 It is an important science and engineering issue for the adsorption separation behavior of hydrogen isotopes adsorbed on molecular sieve.The adsorption separation behavior of He/H2/HD system on the 5Amolecular sieve has been described by comprehensive using the Langmuir-Freundlich adsorption isotherms equation,Void-filling adsorption model and ideal adsorbed solution theory.The results indicate that adsorption isotherms drifts of H2/HD system using different ways are agreed under the condition of ignoring He adsorption,though existing difference in values.The every adsorption capacity of components on the 5A molecular sieve is identical under the same temperature,but be unconcerned with types.It is feasible that H2/D2 system,HD/D2 system and HT/H2 system have been separated and enriched because of the good results for separation factors.
