炔醛法合成1,4-丁炔二醇催化剂研究进展

【摘要】 概述了以炔醛法合成1,4-丁炔二醇催化剂的最新研究,通过介绍有机锂催化剂、Lewis酸催化剂、铜铋催化剂在炔醛化反应中的应用,分析了炔醛化反应原理及存在的副反应。重点介绍了铜铋催化剂在工业炔醛法生产1,4-丁炔二醇中的研究及应用,讨论了载体、颗粒大小、金属负载量对铜铋催化剂性能的影响,分析了催化剂结构与催化效果之间的关系,并展望了催化剂的发展前景。

【Abstract】 Recent research of catalysts in ethynylation reaction of formaldehyde are reviewed.Via summarizing three kinds of catalysts for synthesis of alkynol including organic Li catalysts,Lewis acid catalysts,and Cu/Bi catalysts,the mechanism of the ethynylation reaction and side reactions are introduced.Among three kinds of catalysts,the industrial applications of Cu/Bi catalysts have been realized,so they are specially mentioned in this review.Furthermore,the relationship between catalyst structure and efficiency is discussed according to the influence of carriers,particle size,loading metals capacity on the performance of catalysts.Finally,the focus of future research and development are proposed.
