除硅铜冶炼水淬渣的硫酸化浸出实验
Sulfate Leaching Experiment of Silicon Removed Granulated Copper Slag
【摘要】 通过XRF和XRD分析除硅铜冶炼水淬渣的元素和物相特性,结合动力学分析,开展除硅铜渣硫酸化浸出的实验研究,考察了硫酸浓度、浸出时间、液固比、温度、粒径大小对铜和锌浸出率的影响。结果表明:在机械搅拌下,硫酸的浓度为2.5mol/L,浸出时间为120min,液固比(m/m)为4∶1,温度为70℃,粒径大小为200目时铜和锌的浸出率最高,此时铜和锌的浸出率分别为76.2%和98.3%。
【Abstract】 Elemental composition and phase characteristics of silicon removed granulated copper slag were analyzed by XRF and XRD.Combining with dynamics analysis,sulfuric acid leaching experimental research of silicon removed granulated copper slag were carried out.Several influencing factors for the copper and zinc leaching rate were investigated,including sulfuric acid concentration,leaching time,liquid-solid ratio,temperatures and particle size.The results showed that the highest leaching rate was achieved with mechanical stirring,molar concentration of sulfuric acid 2.5mol/L,the leaching time of 120 min,liquid-solid ratio(m/m)of 4∶1,temperature of 70℃,particle size of 200 mesh.And the highest leaching rate of copper and zinc were 76.2%and 98.3%respectively.
