石蜡微胶囊相变材料的制备及其在建筑节能领域中的应用
Preparation and Application of Microcapsuled Paraffin-based Phase Change Materials in Buildings for Energy Saving
【摘要】 微胶囊相变材料是利用成膜物将具有特定相变温度的物质包覆成具有核壳结构的微粒状材料,它具有储热密度大、能够反复储热或放热等特性,在建筑节能领域具有广阔的应用前景。总结了石蜡微胶囊相变材料国内外研究进展,介绍了其在混凝土、砂浆、石膏板等建筑节能材料中的应用,探讨了目前存在的问题及对策。
【Abstract】 Microencapsule phase change material is a kind of granular material which is prepared by using filmforming material and phase change material with specific temperature range to form a core-shell structure.It has high thermal storage density,repeated thermal storage and release characteristics,rendering wide applications in buildings for energy-saving.The research progresses of paraffin microcapsule phase change materials are described,the applications in concrete,mortar,gypsum board and other energy-saving building materials are introduced,and the current problems and countermeasures are discussed.
