Eu3+掺杂对Li2BaSiO4荧光粉发光性能的影响

【摘要】 采用凝胶-燃烧法制备了Li2BaSiO4∶Eu3+红色荧光粉。用X射线衍射分析(XRD)表征了Li2BaSiO4∶Eu3+荧光粉的结构,重点考察了激活剂Eu3+的浓度对Li2BaSiO4∶Eu3+发光强度的影响。结果表明,Li2BaSiO4∶Eu3+荧光粉为六方晶系结构。以394nm的近紫外光激发样品,Li2Ba1-xSiO4∶xEu3+荧光粉发红光,其中以614.4nm发射峰发光最强。在800℃灼烧3h条件下,当Eu3+的浓度为5.5%时,Li2BaSiO4∶Eu3+荧光粉的发光性能最佳。Eu3+的掺杂对Li2BaSiO4∶Eu3+荧光粉的发射光谱的峰形和峰位无明显影响。

【Abstract】 The red phosphor Li2BaSiO4∶Eu3+ was prepared by gel-burning method.The structure of the Li2BaSiO4∶ Eu3+ phosphor was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)and the influence of the activator of Eu3+ concentration on the luminescent intensity of Li2BaSiO4∶ Eu3+ was investigated in detail.The results show that the Li2BaSiO4∶ Eu3+ phosphors belongs to the hexagonal crystal structure.Excited with 394nm UV light,the Li2Ba1-xSiO4∶xEu3+ phosphor emits red light.The emission peak at 614.4nm is strongest.It was found that when the concentration of the Eu3+ was 5.5%,the phosphor Li2BaSiO4∶Eu3+ calcined at 800℃ for 3h had the best luminescence properties.There was no obvious influence on peak shape and peak position in emission spectra of Li2BaSiO4∶Eu3+ phosphor with different Eu3+ concentrations.
