氧化锆陶瓷表面Ag-TiO2抗菌薄膜的制备及性能
Preparation and Properties of Ag-TiO2 Antibacterial Film on 3Y-TZP Surface
【摘要】 采用Sol-Gel法制备5%(原子分数)银掺杂二氧化钛溶胶,并采用浸渍提拉法将其涂覆于氧化锆表面。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等研究手段测试薄膜性能,采用抑菌圈实验和MTT实验评价其抗菌性和细胞毒性。结果表明:采用浸渍提拉法可在氧化锆表面制备一层均匀的Ag-TiO2薄膜,薄膜表面可见散在分布的Ag颗粒;经500℃煅烧后为锐钛矿TiO2,Ag掺杂可抑制TiO2晶粒的生长,并增加了TiO2薄膜的光催化活性;该薄膜在无光照条件下具有良好的抗菌性能,抑菌距离达到4.5mm左右;细胞毒性为Ⅰ级,符合口腔生物材料的应用标准。
【Abstract】 5at% Ag-doped TiO2 sol was prepared by sol-gel technology,and its thin film was obtained by a dipcoating method on the 3Y-TZP surface.The film was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD);the antibacterial property and cytotoxicity was tested by bactericidal test and MTT test.The results showed that an uniform TiO2 film can be obtained by dip-coating method with some Ag particles on the surface.The doping of Ag can inhibit the grain growth of anatase TiO2 and increase the photocatalytic activity.The Ag-TiO2 film has good antibacterial property under the condition of no light,with an antibacterial distance of 4.5mm.The toxicity gradation of the film is gradeⅠ,which can fit the standard of oral biological material.
