多层球形α-Co(OH)2的制备及其电化学性能
Synthesis and Electrochemical Properties of Multilayer α-Co(OH)2
【摘要】 以乙二醇为反应介质,尿素为水解剂,六水合硝酸钴为原料,采用水热法合成了球形α-Co(OH)2。用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对材料的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,所制样品是多层球形的α-Co(OH)2。在50mA/g的电流密度下于0.8~1.2V电压范围内进行恒流充放电测试,单电极比电容高达455.677F/g。
【Abstract】 The multilayered spherical α-Co(OH)2 sample was synthesized using ethylene glycol as the reaction medium,urea as hydrolysis agent and Co(NO3)2·6H2O as the raw material by hydrothermal reaction.The structure and morphology of α-Co(OH)2sample was performed by XRD,SEM.Results indicated that it was multilayered spherical structure.The single electrode capacitance of α-Co(OH)2 sample is as high as 455.677F/g between 0.8 and 1.2Vpotential at 50mA/g current density.
