激光熔覆技术制备高熵合金涂层的研究进展
Research Progress of Laser Cladding Technology to Prepare High-entropy Alloy Coating
【摘要】 高熵合金是由五种或五种以上元素按照等物质的量比或近等物质的量比进行混合形成的合金,具有杰出的力学性能、物理及化学性能,应用潜力巨大。作为一种新型的表面处理技术,激光熔覆与高熵合金相结合,为高熵合金的应用开辟出了又一空间。介绍了目前国内外采用激光熔覆技术制备高熵合金涂层的研究现状,并展望了其发展前景。
【Abstract】 High-entropy alloy is mixed by five or more elements to form an alloy according to the equimolar ratio or near equimolar ratio.With excellent mechanical,physical and chemical properties,high-entropy alloy has huge potential application.As a new surface treatment technology,combined with laser cladding,another space for the application of high-entropy alloys was opened.The current research situation of high-entropy alloy coating prepared by laser cladding technology in domestic and abroad is introduced,and its future development is prospected.
