粉芯丝材电弧喷涂层的组织和高温氧化行为
Microstructure and High Temperature Oxidation Behavior of Arc-Spraying Coatings of Boride Cored Wires
【摘要】 为了进一步研究自制CrB粉芯丝材电弧喷涂层的高温氧化行为,在Q235钢表面电弧喷涂分别以FeB,CrB为主要粉芯成分的涂层B-1和B-2。采用金相显微镜分析了2种涂层的显微组织结构,采用高温氧化试验考察了其耐高温氧化性能。结果表明:2种涂层的微观结构都由分布在铁基金属中的硬质相粒子及其氧化物和少数孔隙组成,在650℃时2种涂层都能对基体起到较好的防护作用;B-2涂层抗高温氧化性能优于B-1涂层,主要原因是B-2涂层在高温下可以生成致密的Cr2O3氧化膜,起到了减缓铁氧化的作用。
【Abstract】 Thecored wires of FeB and CrB were separately used as the major ingredient to prepare coatings B-l and B-2 on Q235 steel surface by arc spraying. Tlie microstructure of as-prepared arc-spraying coatings B-l and B-2 was analyzed, and their high temperature oxidation behavior was examined. Results indicated that the arc-spraying coatings of the two kinds of boride cored wires both consisted of hard phase particles and oxides distributed in Fe matrix, and contained a small amount of pores as well. At elevated temperature of 650 °C,both coatings could well protect the steel substrate,and coating B-2 exhibited better high-temperature oxidation resistance than coating B-l. This was because coating B-2 could allow the formation of compact Cr2 03 film under elevated temperature thereby inhibiting the oxidation of Fe.
