高耐蚀性新型水性锈转化涂料的制备及涂膜性能

【摘要】 现有的几种锈转化涂料存在转锈效果差、溶剂污染、受施工环境影响等问题,自制了螯合型G-OA1转锈剂,并辅以颜填料和助剂,制备了一种具有良好带锈施工性能和防腐蚀性能的新型水性锈转化涂料。利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了G-OA1的转锈效果;采用划格法和盐雾试验测试涂膜的附着力和耐蚀性。优选了主成膜物质及转锈剂用量。结果表明:以氯乙烯基乳液为主成膜物质,转锈剂G-OA1用量为4%~5%(质量分数)时,涂料涂膜性能最佳;该涂料铁锈转化能力强;涂膜附着力达1级,盐雾腐蚀500 h未出现返锈、起泡、起皱及脱落现象;此涂料作底漆时,与溶剂型或水性面漆匹配性好,与旧漆膜亦有良好的附着力。

【Abstract】 A rust conversion agent G-OA1 was prepared.As-prepared G-OA1 rust conversion agent was combined with pigments,fillers and other additives to fabricate a new waterborne rust conversion coating with improved construction performance on rusty surface as well as desired corrosion resistance in the presence of vinyl chloride-based emulsion as the major film-formation ingredient.The rust conversion efficiency of G-OA1 was investigated based on analyses by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The adhesion force of the coating made of the paint was measured by grid test,while the corrosion resistance of the coating was evaluated by salt-spray test.It was found that the paint and coating prepared at a G-0A1 dosage of 4%~5%(mass fraction) exhibited the best performance.As-prepared paint had excellent rust conversion capability,and corresponding coating had an adhesion force of grade 1 and was free of secondary rusting,blistering,wrinkling and shedding after 500 h of salt-spray.Moreover,as a kind of primer,as-prepared paint exhibited good compatibility with solvent-based and water-based topcoat as well as good adhesion to old coating.
