【摘要】 鄂西瓜17是湖北省农业科学院经济作物研究所以自交系W2-203作母本,自交系W2-25-6作父本配组而成的优质有籽西瓜新品种。早熟,果实发育天数30 d左右。果实圆形,果皮绿色覆深绿色锯齿条带,皮厚0.9 cm左右,较硬,不易裂果。瓜瓤大红色,中心可溶性固形物含量12%左右,边缘可溶性固形物含量9%左右。单果质量4 kg左右,产量2 500 kg/667 m2左右。2010-2012年参加了湖北省西瓜品种区域试验,2013年通过了湖北省农作物品种审定委员会的现场考察。2014年通过湖北省品种审定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Exigua No.17 was a new watermelon cultivar with excellent quality by the hybridization of inbred line W2-203 which was female parent and the other inbred line W2-25-6 which was male parent. It was early-maturing, about 30 days from flowering to maturity. Its fruit was round, green skin covered with dark-green jagged stripes, and the peel was hard and its thickness was about 0.9 cm, in addition it was not easily cracked. Its flesh was bright red, and the center soluble solid content was about 12%, while the content of soluble solid near by fruit peel was about 9%.The single fruit weight was about 4 kg, and the yield was about 2 500 kg/667 m2. It was took part in cultivar regional test in Hubei from 2010 to2012, and passed the field investigation of Hubei Crop Cultivar Assessment Committee in 2013, finally, approved by Hubei Crop Cultivar Assessment Committee in 2014.更多还原
