CTP-5消毒剂对食用菌种植基质的灭菌效果

【摘要】 研究了不同浓度新型环保消毒剂CTP-51和CTP-52对食用菌培养料之一的棉籽壳的灭菌效果。试验结果表明,随着CTP-5消毒剂浓度的增加,培养基上棉籽壳周围的菌落数减少,灭菌效果增强;CTP-52消毒剂的灭菌效果整体优于CTP-51消毒剂,当CTP-52消毒剂浓度为16 mg/L时,培养物周围无杂菌生长,与高压蒸汽灭菌对照组一样,达到了彻底灭菌的效果。

【Abstract】 We studied the disinfection effects of two new environmental-protection disinfectants CTP-51and CTP-52on cottonseed hull, which was one of the cultivation substrate materials of edible mushroom. The results showed that, the numbers of fungi and bacteria colonies declined as the concentration of CTP-5 increased, and under the same concentration, CTP-52had better disinfection effect than CTP-51. While the concentration of CTP-52was 16.0 g/L, no fungi and bacteria colony was around the cultures, as the same as the control treatment applying high-pressure steam sterilizer, with fungi and bacteria killed completely.
