用于计算含油饱和度的均质化地层场论
Electromagnetic Field Theory in the Homogenized Formation for Hydrocarbon Saturation Calculation
【摘要】 总结了作者对地层条件下电磁场论研究的成果,提出了均质化地层场论,核心是3个理论观点:电场格林函数中的传播系数是场点坐标的函数;岩石颗粒面电荷与电偶极子等效;地层中的每个颗粒都处在具有整体电导率的均匀介质中。以这3个理论观点为基础,推导视传播系数方程、联合电场强度方程、混合物电场增量方程,得到由视电导率函数求真电导率的新积分方程、泥质砂岩电导率新公式、混合物整体电导率新公式。把均质化地层场论用于储层油气含量计算,建立了用地层真电导率和孔隙度谱计算含油饱和度的方法,实现了成像测井直接测算油气。在长庆等油田应用表明,该方法与常规方法相比,不用选取m、n、a、b参数,计算速度快,计算结果更加符合试油试气结论。
【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the author’s research findings on electromagnetic field theory under formation conditions,and presents electromagnetic field theory in the homogenized formation.There are three theoretical viewpoints about the key content of the electromagnetic field theory in the homogenized formation.Firstly,the propagation coefficient in the Green’s function of electronic field is the function of field points;secondly,the grain surface charge in rock is equivalent to electrical dipole;thirdly,each grain in formation is located in the homogeneous medium which has the same conductivity as the grain.The apparent propagation coefficient equation,the united electric field intensity equation and the electric field increment equation of mixture are induced based on the three viewpoints,and the new integral equation from which the true conductivity is derived from the apparent conductivity function,the new shaly sand conductivity formula and the new whole mixture conductivity formula are obtained from the three equations.In the process of the application of the electromagnetic field theory in the homogenized formation to reservoir hydrocarbon content calculation, an innovative methodology is established to calculate hydrocarbon saturation using formation true conductivity and porosity spectrum,thus enabling us to calculate directly hydrocarbon content from imaginglogs.The applications of the above methodology to Changqing oilfield and other oilfields show that it is unnecessary to select log interpretation parameters of m,n,aand b while using the new methodology compared with conventional methods.Moreover,it has more rapid calculation speed and its calculation results are more coincident with formation testing conclusions.
