阴离子表面活性剂在三塘湖油田的适用性研究
Study On Application of Anionic Surfactants Agent in Santanghu Oilfield
【摘要】 为了能够有效提高三塘湖油田西峡沟区块原油采出率,针对该区块的油田油藏条件,测定单一表面活性剂与碱复配、混合表面活性剂与碱复配、混合表面活性剂与盐复配作为驱油体系时的油水界面张力值,并且比较了不同化学剂对界面张力的影响情况,优选出针对三塘湖油田的油藏条件提高原油采收率的表面活性剂驱油体系。研究发现,在石油羧酸盐和磺酸盐复配后,Na2CO3和NaOH作为电解质时,都有很好的降低油水界面张力效果;而NaCl作为电解质时,没有很好的降低油水界面张力的效果;但是NaOH属于强碱,会对地层会造成伤害,所以在驱油体系中使用Na2CO3这类弱碱。
【Abstract】 In order to effectively improve the recovery rate of Block Xixiagou of Santanghu Oilfield,according to its geological conditions,a single surfactant/alkali;farraginous surfactant/alkali;farraginous surfactant/salt are used as evaluation system of interfacial tension,it evaluates the different chemical formulations under the oil-water interfacial tension, and compares the different chemicals on the interfacial tension.On the basis of geological conditions in Santanghu Oilfield,the satisfied one is selected from many schemes and good application effect is obtained.
