【摘要】 石韦是中国传统药用植物,具有利水通淋,凉血止血,清肺化痰等临床功效。其主要化学活性成分为三萜类、黄酮类、呫酮类、甾体及挥发油成分,研究表明其具有治疗泌尿系感染、护肾、调节免疫功能、抑菌、降低血压、镇咳祛痰、降低血糖、延缓皮肤衰老、改善卷烟质量等功效。目前已被制成多种石韦复方制剂,大多数用于治疗泌尿系统疾病(泌尿系结石、尿路感染、急慢性肾炎等),其次是调节免疫系统,对其抗菌抗病毒,治疗高血压、糖尿病、支气管炎、皮肤病等疾病的效果有待进一步开发研究。综述了国内外有关中药石韦的药理作用与临床应用研究最新进展进行综述,为其进一步深入研究生物活性与药物开发利用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pyrrosia is Chinese traditional medical plant,In the private sector,it may relieve stranguria by dieresis,cool the blood to stop bleeding and clear lungs and disperse sputum.Pyrrosia plants were all rich in triterpenoids,flavonoids,xanthones,essential oils and steroids.Studies indicate its efficacies in remedy for UTI(urinary tract infection),kidney protective,immune system regulating,antibacterial,antitussive expectorant and lower blood sugar,and in protection against premature aging and cigarette quality improvement.Pyrrosia plants have been prepared as many kinds of polypills and applied in clinic comprehensively up to now.The research advances on pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Pyrrosia plants are overviewed in this paper,which will provide basis for the further study of biological activity and drug development and utilization.更多还原
