【摘要】 随着卫星导航系统功能的不断增强及其应用领域的不断拓展,导航技术标准对于卫星导航产业化的意义愈发重要。本文采用综合分析与归纳对比的方法,着重从卫星导航系统空间信号接口控制文件(ICD文件)、卫星导航接收设备数据格式标准和国际民航、国际海事、3GPP等行业应用标准三个方面对GNSS国际标准的现状进行了分析,指出了当前北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)国际标准工作面临的机遇与挑战,并在此基础上提出了建议与策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The related navigation technology standards have more significance to do with the industrialization of the satellite navigation because of growing functions and expanding applications of satellite navigation system. By comprehensive analysis and induction analogy methods, this paper analyzed the status of GNSS international standards in 3 aspects: spatial signal interface control document(ICD)of satellite navigation system, the data format standards of receiving devices and related industry application standards(such as the International Civil Aviation, International Maritime and 3GPP, etc.). Then the opportunities and challenges faced by Beidou satellite navigation system(BDS)is pointed out, and some advices and strategies on how to formulate the international standards of BDS are eventually presented.更多还原
