【摘要】 针对我国当前土地利用变化信息发现周期长的弊端,提出了业务驱动的土地利用变化发现机制,通过分析"批、供、用、补、查"五大类土地管理业务,监控与土地利用变化密切相关的业务环节,实现土地利用变化信息的及时提取,并在成都国土资源局进行了试点应用。结果表明该机制能够实现土地利用变化信息的日常性发现,缩短了土地利用变化发现的周期,对于促进土地变更调查具有显著意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve the disadvantages of detection patterns of land use changes in our country,this article comes up with a business-driven mechanism for finding land use changes.By analyzing the five categories of land use management business which contains "approval,provision,use,supplement,supervision",monitoring the business link which associated with land use changes to extract the information timely,the discovery mechanism is implemented as a pilot study in Chengdu bureau of land and resources.The result shows that this mechanism can capture land use changes information timely,therefore,the period of land use detection was significantly reduced.In other words,this mechanism is significant in promoting the land use change surveys.更多还原
