【摘要】 在我国实行不动产统一登记的背景下,分析了现有各类不动产登记业务、数据及信息系统建设的现状,提出以地籍数据为基础和宗地统一编码为索引进行不动产数据整合,以土地登记发证信息管理系统和土地登记信息动态监管查询系统为基础建立不动产登记信息管理基础平台的技术路线。对不动产登记信息管理基础平台的总体架构进行设计,并对平台中的不动产登记发证信息管理系统和不动产登记信息动态监管查询系统进行功能设计,为建立不动产登记信息管理基础平台和实现以土地为核心的不动产登记体系提供技术支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Real estimate registration is going to implement in China. This paper analyzed the business, data and information systems of the existing real estimate registration. It proposed that all types of real estimate registration data should be integrated on the basis of cadastral data and indexed by uniform code for cadastral parcel, the foundational platform for real estimate registration information management could be constructed based on the land registration information management system and the dynamic monitoring management system of land registration information. The overall architecture is designed for the foundational platform, and the function design for the real estimate registration information management system and the dynamic monitoring system of real estimate registration information is carried out, which supports for the construction of foundational platform and the implementation of real estimate registration system with the land as its core.更多还原
