氟甲喹在罗非鱼体内的消除规律研究

【摘要】 水温29~31℃时,对奥尼罗非鱼(尼罗罗非鱼♀×奥利亚罗非鱼♂)单次灌服10mg/kg氟甲喹后3、6、12、24、48、72、96、120、144、168h采集罗非鱼的肌肉和皮肤组织样品,研究氟甲喹在罗非鱼体内的消除规律和残留。组织样品经过提取、净化,以反相高效液相色谱荧光检测法测定。结果表明,氟甲喹在肌肉和皮肤组织中吸收迅速,达峰时间为9h,氟甲喹含量为(750.9±148.4)μg/kg。氟甲喹在肌肉和皮肤组织中消除缓慢,消除半衰期为48.46h。在最高残留限量500μg/kg下,氟甲喹在罗非鱼体内的休药期为95h。

【Abstract】 The elimination and residues of flumequine in muscles and skins were determined in hybrid tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus ♀×O.aureus♂)orally administrated in a single dose of 10 mg flumequine per kg body weight 3,6,12,24,48,72,96,120,144 and 168hafter oral administration at water temperature of 29-31 ℃ by high performance re-chromatographic fluorescent method.The results showed that flumequine was aborbed rapidly in skins and muscles,with Tmaxin 9h,and Cmaxof(750.9±148.4)μg/kg.The flumequine was found to be eliminated slowly in skin and muscle tissues with elimination half life of48.46 h.Under the maximal limited residues of 500μg/kg body weight,it is suggested that flumequine rest period be 95 hin hybrid tilapia.
