基于光吸收原理的化学需氧量传感器设计与应用
Design and application of sensor for COD based on light absorbance principle
【摘要】 化学需氧量(COD)是反映水体受还原性生物质污染的程度,是目前衡量水质状况的最重要指标之一。介绍了一种基于光吸收原理的化学需氧量在线监测传感器,通过邻苯二甲酸氢钾溶液标定实验对传感器进行校准,并应用于上海苏州河水化学需氧量的监测和分析。实验结果表明:利用设计的传感器监测苏州河水,水样COD值为23.17mg/L,传感器稳定性和重复性实验CV值分别为0.18%和0.20%因此,设计的传感器实现了对苏州河水COD值的快速监测和分析。
【Abstract】 Chemical oxygen demand(COD) is one ol’ the most important signs to measure the water quality status at present,and indicates the degree of water pollution because of reducing substances.Introduce a kind of on-line monitoring sensor for COD detection based on light absorbance principle,through potassium hydrogen phthalate solution calibration experiment.calibrate the sensor,and apply it for monitoring and analysis on Shanghai Suzhou River.The results show that,by using the designed sensor to monitor the Suzhou River,COD value is 23.17mg/l.,stability and repeatability test CV values of sensor are 0.18%and 0.20%.Therefore,the sensor realizes rapid monitoring and analysis on Suzhou river COD value.
