深海机器人专用热流探针设计
Design for deep sea vehicle dedicated heat flow probes
【摘要】 为了获得大比例尺、高密度的海底热流数据,适应我国天然气水合物的勘探。设计了一种深海机器人的专用热流探针。探针采用具有超强A/D转换功能的微处理器芯片,利用分时采样原理处理5只高精度热敏电阻器的采样数据并存储于数据存储器,整个过程由微处理器监控时钟芯片决定采样始末,探针与上位机的通信采用RS—485通信。跟随我国"海洋四号"、"海洋六号"、"蛟龙号"科考船进行海试,获得了宝贵的热流数据,测试精度达到0.01℃,分辨率达到0.005℃,探针可实际应用于我国的海洋地热流测量事业。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain large-scale and high-density data of seafloor heat flow and accommodate to the nature gas hydrate( NGH) exploration program in China,an exclusive heat flow probe system,which are equipped on deep-sea vehicle,is designed; this probe system embeds with a microprocessor chip that has ultra-strong functions of A /D conversion,five high precision thermistors are managed by time-sharing processing sampling mechanism and the corresponding data are stored in data storage units,the beginning and the end of the entire procedures are decided by the clock monitored by the microprocessors; the RS—485 communication protocol is utilized between the probe and the upper machine. This probe system has successfully been trailed on the vessel"Ocean IV",vessel"Ocean VI"and deep-sea submarine"Jiaolong",having obtained a lot of valuable data of heat flow in China,the test accuracy reaches 0. 01℃ and the resolution ratio reaches 0. 005 ℃,this probe system is proved to be widely used in the heat flow measurement programs in China in the future.
