基于新鲜催化器的微型车排放标定的研究
Calibration of the Exhaust Gas Emissions Based on Catalytic Converter in Light Duty Vehicle
【摘要】 为了满足常规新鲜催化器排放目标,针对一款微型车,通过循环试验得到了各种工况下的基本排放特性;然后基于控制策略,合理简化了排放控制参数,并通过多次优化匹配排放控制参数控制喷油量、空燃比来优化污染物排放。结果表明:所采用的排放匹配步骤和参数可有效指导排放标定。
【Abstract】 In order to fulfill the engineering required emissions of fresh catalyst,in view of a light vehicle,firstly the emissions are tested in all operation conditions by vehicle driving cycle. Based on control function,then it controls the amount of fuel injected by optimizing and matching the data of emissions control function,limiting the emissions. The results show the stages of emissions and ways of match have improved the emission problem.
