【摘要】 目的:研究半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)与组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)在大肠癌中的表达,并探讨二者与大肠癌临床病理参数的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测52例大肠癌组织、20例大肠腺瘤和20例大肠正常黏膜Galectin-3和TIMP-2的表达情况。结果:与正常大肠黏膜和大肠腺瘤比较,大肠癌组织Galectin-3的阳性表达率最高、TIMP-2的阳性表达率最低(P<0.01)。大肠癌组织Galectin-3、TIMP-2的表达与浸润深度、分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。大肠癌组织Galectin-3与TIMP-2的表达呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:Galectin-3、TIMP-2与大肠癌的浸润和转移密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the expression of Galectin-3 and TIMP-2 in colorectal carcinoma,and the relationship between them and clinicopathological parameters of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Galectin-3 and TIMP-2 in 52 cases colorectal carcinoma,20 cases colorectal adenoma and 20 cases normal colorectal mucosa.Results:Compared with colorectal adenoma and normal colorectal mucosa,the Galectin-3 expression in colorectal carcinoma was the highest,while the TIMP-2 expression was the lowest(P< 0.01).In colorectal carcinoma,the expression of Galectin-3 and TIMP-2 were all related to infiltration depth,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis(P< 0.01,P< 0.05).The Galectin-3 expression was negatively correlated with TIMP-2 expression in colorectal carcinoma(P< 0.01).Conclusions:Galectin-3 and TIMP-2 are closely related to invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
