【摘要】 目的:在基因水平检测胃癌组织L-选择素和异黏蛋白(metadherin,MTDH)的表达情况,并分析二者与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用RT-PCR法检测90例胃癌组织和55例癌旁正常组织L-选择素和MTDH mRNA的表达。结果:胃癌组织L-选择素和MTDH mRNA的相对表达量明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。L-选择素、MTDH mRNA的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。胃癌组织L-选择素、MTDH mRNA的表达呈正相关(r=0.369,P<0.05)。结论:L-选择素和MTDH与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关,可作为评估恶性肿瘤转移潜能和预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expression of L-selectin and metadherin(MTDH) at genetic level in gastric carcinoma and analyze the relationship between their expression and clinical pathological characteristics of gastric carcinoma.Methods:The expression of L-selectin and MTDH mRNA in 90 cases gastric carcinoma and 55 cases corresponding nontumor normal tissues were detected by RT-PCR.Results:The relative expression of L-selectin and MTDH mRNA in gastric carcinoma were all obviously higher than that in corresponding non-tumor normal tissues(P< 0.05).The expression of L-selectin and MTDH mRNA in gastric carcinoma were related to differentiation degree,infi ltration depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P< 0.05);but no related to age and sex(P> 0.05).In gastric carcinoma,the MTDH mRNA expression was positively related to L-selectin(P< 0.05).Conclusions:L-selectin and MTDH is closely related to development of gastric carcinoma,and can be acted as index for evaluating the metastatic potential of malignant tumor and prognosis.更多还原
