【摘要】 目的:探讨整合素α5β1、P-选择素表达与宫颈鳞癌生物学行为的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测60例宫颈鳞癌组织和40例宫颈正常组织整合素α5β1和P-选择素的表达情况,分析二者与宫颈鳞癌生物学行为的关系及二者的相关性。结果:整合素α5β1、P-选择素在宫颈鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为65.0%、71.7%,均高于宫颈正常组织(P<0.05)。整合素α5β1、P-选择素的表达与宫颈鳞癌的分化程度、pTNM分期、淋巴结转移及浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。宫颈鳞癌中整合素α5β1和P-选择素的表达呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:整合素α5β1、P-选择素与宫颈鳞癌的生长、浸润与转移密切相关,联合检测整合素α5β1和P-选择素可作为评估宫颈鳞癌的恶性程度和预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between integrin α5β1, P-selectin expression and biological behavior of cervical squamous carcinoma. Methods:SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of integrin α5β1 and P-selectin in 60 cases cervical squamous carcinoma and 40 cases normal cervical tissue; and analyzed the correlation of integrin α5β1 and P-selectin in cervical squamous carcinoma, as well as the relationship between them and biological behavior of cervical squamous carcinoma.Results:The positive expression rate of integrin α5β1 and P-selectin in cervical squamous carcinoma was 65.0% and 71.7%, which were all obviously higher than that of normal cervical tissue(P<0.05). The expression of integrin α5β1 and P-selectin in cervical squamous carcinoma were related to differentiated degree, pTNM stage, lymph node metastasis and infi ltration depth(P< 0.05). In cervical squamous carcinoma, the expression of integrin α5β1 was positively correlated to expression of P-selectin(P< 0.05). Conclusions: Integrin α5β1 and P-selectin have close relation with growth, infi ltration and metastasis of cervical squamous carcinoma. Joint detection of integrin α5β1 and P-selectin can be acted as index to evaluate the malignant degree and prognosis of cervical squamous carcinoma.更多还原
