【Abstract】 With the development of market economy in our country,housing problem has become a serious social problem,and the housing problems of vulnerable group are more serious,so it is urgent to establish a series of comprehensive housing welfare policies.Japan has a lot of successful experiences in the process of making and implementing housing welfare policies.
