【摘要】 在分析我国农村基础设施建设的基础上,根据基础设施的可销售性及融资理论对农村基础设施进行分类,并与目前农村基础设施建设流行的项目融资模式结合,探索出一条适合我国农村基础设施建设的融资道路。同时,借鉴国外农村基础设施建设融资的经验,分析我国建设融资以及项目融资中存在的问题,并对我国农村基础设施建设提出相关的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the rural infrastructure construction in our country,this paper classifies the rural infrastructures according to the marketability of them and the relative financing theory,and explores a proper way for the rural infrastructure projects to finance with the combination of the popular modes in the rural infrastructure construction. Meanwhile,using the financing experience of the rural infrastructure construction in some developed countries for references,it analyzes the problems existing in the construction financing and the project financing,and puts forward some relative suggestions on rural infrastructure construction.更多还原
