【Abstract】 In order to detect fresh pork moisture content, a contact-type detector of pork moisture content was designed with a uniplanar capacitance sensor probe for acquiring fresh pork moisture content. This device consists of contact-type capacitance sensor, converter AD7150, and microprocessor. Calibration experiment and detection result show that moisture content error is less than ±1.0% when pork moisture content is in 60% ~ 77%. Temperature departure experiments show that moisture content error is less than ± 0.3% when pork temperature is in 15~35 ℃.更多还原
