聚乙烯阀门密封及扭转试验机控制系统设计
Design of Control System on Polyethylene Valve Sealing and Torsion Testing Machine
【摘要】 聚乙烯阀门密封及扭转试验机用来检测阀门的密封性及开闭阀门时的操作扭矩。在分析了试验机组成结构和工作原理的基础上,提出基于PLC+HMI的控制方案。介绍了控制系统组成、PLC选型、I/O地址定义、控制流程及程序设计。利用PLC丰富的软硬件资源和HMI良好的人机交互功能实现对试验机的精确可靠控制。现场使用证明,试验机的控制系统运行可靠,操作方便,能满足用户使用要求。
【Abstract】 Polyethylene valve testing machine is used to detect the sealing of the valve and operating torque of switching valve. On the basis of the analysis of the testing machine structure and working principle,the paper puts forward the control scheme based on PLC + HMI. The composition of control system,the selection of PLC,definition of I /O address,control flow and program design are also introduced. The paper realizes precise and reliable control of testing machine with PLC rich software and hardware resources and HMI a good human-computer interaction function. Field application shows that the control system of testing machine is easy to operate and the movement is reliable,and can meet the demands of the user.
