探究工学结合的高职课程开发与实施技术“TTAAS”
Curriculum Development of Combination of Learning with Working in Higher Vocational Education and Implementation Technology of TTAAS
【摘要】 成都航空职业技术学院从解决困扰教师如何将职场与教育场要素有机结合并融入课程、课堂、教学的难题出发,提出"外对接、内衔接","横对接、竖衔接"工学结合的课程开发与实施理念;创新"TTAAS"高职工学结合的课程开发技术,形成了集课程开发、教学设计、教学实施、管理制度于一体的高职工学结合的课程教学模式和管理模式"TTAAS"理论并在实践中取得了显著成效。
【Abstract】 In view of solving teachers’ problem of how to integrate the elements of job career and education into courses,classroom and teaching,Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic puts forward the concept of External Joint and Internal Connection,Transverse Joint and Vertical Connection of the curriculum development and the implementation of the combination of learning with working,innovates the TTAAS technology of curriculum development of combination in higher vocational education,forms the TTAAS theory of the teaching and management mode of the combination of curriculum development,teaching design,teaching management and management system,and takes remarkable effects in practice.
