固体酸催化剂SO42-/ZrO2-Nd2O3的制备、表征及其在乳酸丁酯合成中的应用
The Preparation,Characterization of SO4(2-)/ZrO2-Nd2O3 Solid Acid Catalyst and It’s Application in Synthesis of Butyl Lactate
【摘要】 采用微波加热法制备了SO2-4/ZrO2-Nd2O3固体酸催化剂,采用XRD、热分析等方法对其进行了表征,并对其催化合成乳酸丁酯的性能进行了研究.实验结果表明:与SO2-4/ZrO2催化剂相比,SO2-4/ZrO2-Nd2O3催化剂具有更高的催化活性;催化剂的重复使用性能和稳定性能良好.
【Abstract】 The SO42-/ZrO2-Nd2O3 solid acid catalysts had been successfully synthesized by microwave method and characterized by XRD,DTA-TG. Synthesis of butyl lactate by the catalysts was studied. The experimental results showed that the catalytic activity of SO42-/ZrO2-Nd2O3 catalysts is higher than SO42-/ZrO2catalysts’. The reutility property and stabilization of SO42-/ZrO2-Nd2O3 is fine.
