计及材料非线性的HOV球形耐压壳结构设计
Structure Design for HOV Spherical Pressure Hull with Consideration of Material Nonlinearity
【摘要】 耐压壳体结构是深水载人潜器(HOV)的关键部件,耐压舱口结构形式的选取及强度和稳定性的校核对耐压壳体结构设计尤为重要。本文首先确定了耐压壳的材料和几种典型舱口形状,进而针对三种舱口设计方案分别进行了相应的分析与计算,通过对计算结果的比较确定了一种最优的型式。最后,在考虑材料的非线性的基础上,对最优的耐压壳体结构进行了强度与稳定性校核。
【Abstract】 The pressure hull structure is the vital part of deep water Human Occupied Vehicles(HOV)while how to determine the configuration of hatch and make it satisfies the requirements of strength and stability are of the top importance in the design of spherical pressure hull. In this paper, the material and configuration for the pressure hull is firstly specified followed by the calculation and analyzed for three alternatives of hatch; an optimum one therefore is suggested after comparison. Finally, the optimal solution, with consideration of the material nonlinearity, is examined in both aspects of strength and stability.
