基于ANSYS的机电产品包装箱底架模态分析与研究
The Modal Analysis of Mechanical Products Packing Box Chasis in ANSYS
【摘要】 利用大型三维建模软件Pro/E建立了机电产品包装箱底架的三维模型,并将其导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,利用ANSYS的导入功能建立了机电产品包装箱底架的有限元模型。通过对包装箱底架进行模态分析,求出了其固有频率和相应的主振型,为机电产品包装箱底架的动态设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The geometry model of chassis of the packing box for mechanical and electrical products is created in Pro / E,and the modal analysis of the chassis is simulated in ANSYS,by which the natural frequencies and modal shapes that can be helpful to the dynamic design of the chassis of the packing box are calculated.
