【摘要】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病为全球第四大致死疾病,发病率高,疾病负担重。稳定期的治疗决定疾病的转归预后。李友林教授认为,以肺脾为核心的脏腑功能失调为致病之本。喘证日久难愈,肺脾屡伤,迁延及肾。针对此病机,李友林教授将前人"温润辛金法"与中医"扶正培本"原则相结合,首倡温润辛金培本法。临证肺脾同调,兼及肾脏,疗效颇佳。文章阐述了李友林教授以肺脾为核心的脏腑整体观治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的辨证思路及用药特点,并附验案两则详加阐释,以期为临床诊疗拓宽思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is the fourth largest cause of death in the world, with high incidence and heavy disease burden. The treatment of stable period decides the outcome prognosis of disease. Professor LI You-lin considered that the function imbalance of internal organs with a core of lung and spleen was fundamental to cause disease. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease sustained for a long time and would injure the lung and spleen, even the kidney. For the pathogenesis, professor LI put forward Wenrun Xinjin Peiben method based on the combination of ‘Wenrun Xinjin method’ and ‘Fuzheng Peiben method’, which had achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy. This article expounded the theoretical basis of treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on the stable period. Two typical cases were presented to illustrate the special therapy in order to broaden the clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
