【Abstract】 The anti-tumor activity of nux-vomica and its main active components such as strychnine and brucine has been widely studied in recent years. It not only inhibits a variety of different types of tumors, but also has a good effect on various steps of the tumor’s occurrence and invasion, af ects intracellular drug targets in a variety of tumors, it impacts diversify drug targets and exhibits the feature of multiple targets.
