虚寒证、虚热证线粒体呼吸链复合体Ⅰ活性的研究
Research on respiratory chain complex I activity of mitochondrion on deficiency-cold syndrome and deficiency-heat syndrome
【摘要】 目的:通过研究虚寒证、虚热证人群在不同环境温度状态下线粒体呼吸链复合体Ⅰ(COⅠ)活性的变化,探讨COⅠ活性在虚寒证、虚热证人群中的变化规律。方法:通过量表和专家诊断筛选出虚寒证组、虚热证组及正常对照组各20名,采集两种温度下血液,分光光度法测定COⅠ活性值。结果:两种环境温度下,与正常对照组相比,虚寒证组COⅠ活性值均显著降低(P<0.05);虚寒证组与虚热证组COⅠ活性值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与室温相比,低温下3组COⅠ活性值均增大,且正常对照组两种温度下COⅠ活性值差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),COⅠ活性调节速率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同证型组COⅠ活性不同,表现为虚寒证组<正常对照组<虚热证组,虚寒证组、虚热证组COⅠ活性随环境温度变化且其调节能力均低于正常对照组。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the change of respiratory chain complex I activity of mitochondrion in crowd with dei ciency-cold syndrome and dei ciency-heat syndrome under various ambient temperatures, and to investigate the change rule of complex I activity. Methods: The subjects were selected by questionnaire and expert diagnosis, and were divided into normal control group, dei ciency-cold syndrome group and dei ciency-heat syndrome group, 20 people in each group. Their blood samples were collected at two different temperature conditions. The complex I activity was detected by using spectrophotometry. Results: 1Compared with the normal control group at the two different temperatures, the value of complex I activity reduced in dei ciency-cold syndrome group, the dif erence was statistically signii cant(P<0.05), the value of complex I activity was signii cantly different between dei ciency-cold syndrome group and dei ciency-heat syndrome group(P<0.05); 2Compared with room temperature, the value of complex I activity in three groups all raised at cold temperature, and the value and the regulation speed of complex I all had signii cant dif erence(P<0.05) in normal control group under two different temperature. Conclusion: The complex I activity is different in various syndrome group, which all showed that dei ciency-cold syndrome group<normal control group < dei ciency-heat syndrome group. For the dei ciency-cold syndrome group and dei ciency-heat syndrome group, the ability of regulation with environment temperature change is lower than the normal control group.
