【摘要】 目的:探讨原发性支气管肺癌患者的舌尖微循环变化规律。方法:采用XW-B-3型微循环显微镜检查仪,观察了140例原发性支气管肺癌患者舌尖微循环的变化情况,并与30名健康人进行对照研究。结果:肺癌组患者的微血管数、上皮层厚度、管袢清晰度、袢周异常、血流状态、微血管状态与正常组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。肺癌患者多表现为微血管数明显减少,上皮层厚度变薄,管袢模糊,袢周痉挛和模糊,血流呈虚线或断线状,微血管为以出血和渗出为主。结论:肺癌患者存在明显的舌尖微循环障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore microcirculatory change rules of tongue tip of patients with lung cancer. Methods: Microcirculatory changes of tongue tip of 140 primary bronchial lung cancer patients were observed by microcirculation microscopic tester, and control studied with 30 healthy people. Results: The microvessel count, epithelium layer thickness, clarify of tube loops, abnormal loops, bleeding status and microvessel status of patients with lung cancer were significantly different from healthy people(P<0.01). Patients with lung cancer showed decreasing microvessel, thinning epithelium layer, blurry tube loops, spasmodic loops, dotted line bleeding shape and hemorrhagic microvessel. Conclusion: There is significant microcirculation disturbance in tongue tip of patients with lung cancer.更多还原
