【摘要】 目的:观察参附注射液对ST段上抬型急性心肌梗死(STEMI)并发右心衰的治疗作用。方法:将71例STEMI并发右心衰患者随机分为对照组36例、治疗组35例。两组均采用西医常规方法治疗,治疗组加用参附注射液静脉滴注治疗。疗程为10-14d。主要观察患者院内病死率、右室Tei指数、KCCQ生存质量表等指标的变化。结果:治疗组患者治疗10d后右室Tei指数及KCCQ生存质量评分较入院时有显著性差异,对照组仅KCCQ生存质量评分较入院时有显著性差异。结论:在西医常规治疗基础上使用参附注射液有助于改善患者的右室Tei指数,改善KCCQ生存质量评分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of Shenfu Injection in treating with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) accompanied right heart failure. Methods: 71 patients with AMI accompanied right heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group(36 cases) and treatment group(35 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment, and patients in the treatment group were treated with Shenfu injection based on conventional western medicine treatment. 10-14 days later, the hospital mortality, right Tei index and KCCQ of patients of the two groups were compared. Results: After 10 days, Tei index and KCCQ of patients in the treatment group were improved significantly compared with admission. KCCQ of patients in the control group was improved significantly compared with admission. Conclusion: Shenfu Injection can improve right Tei index and KCCQ of patients based on the conventional western medicine treatment.更多还原
