【摘要】 目的:探讨脉络舒通颗粒对创伤性骨折后大鼠内皮细胞功能受损后的保护作用。方法:选择Wistar大鼠90只,采用自制打击装置打击其双侧大腿近端建立骨折动物模型,随机分为实验组(给予脉络舒通颗粒)、对照组(给予低分子肝素)及空白对照组(给予纯化水),给予相应的治疗,12d切取标本,分别记录血栓形成数量,并在显微镜下观察各组血管内膜情况。结果:空白对照组、对照组、实验组血栓产生比例分别为40.0%、10.0%、13.3%,实验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,二者与空白对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);显微镜下观察,实验组内膜及血管内皮损伤较轻,空白对照组内皮损伤剥脱,内皮下组织裸露,管壁炎性细胞浸溶明显。结论:脉络舒通颗粒对骨折后大鼠具有保护内皮细胞功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the protective effect of Mailuo Shutong Granule on vascular endothelial cells after fracture. Methods: 90 Wistar rats were randomly divided into an experimental group(Mailuo Shutong Granule intragastric administration), a control group(injection low molecular heparin) and a blank control group(purified water intragastric administration). The self-made percussion device was used to strike bilateral proximal thigh to establish the animal model of fracture. On the 12 th day after operation, the samples were collected to record the number of thrombosis and observe the vascular intima under microscope. Results: The rate of thrombosis in the blank control group, control group and experimental group were 40.0%, 10.0%, 13.3% respectively. There was no statistical significance between the experimental group and the control group. There was statistical significance between the experimental group and the blank control group(P<0.05), as well the control group and the blank control group(P<0.05). The injury of vascular intima and vascular endothelial in the experimental group was slighter than that in the blank control group. Under the microscope, the blank control group showed that vascular endothelial was denudate, tissue under the vascular endothelial was exposed and inl ammatory cells in vascular wall were ini ltrating. Conclusion: Mailuo Shutong Granule could protect rat vascular endothelial cells after fracture.更多还原
