【摘要】 国医大师周仲瑛教授学验俱丰,尤善于疑难杂病的辨治。文章总结了周仲瑛教授诊治类风湿关节炎的学术思想和临证经验。周教授认为:先天禀赋不足是类风湿关节炎发病的主要原因,风寒湿热是致病原因,但更是重要的病理因素。本病中晚期病机主要是本虚标实、虚实夹杂,肝肾亏虚、气血不足为本,痰瘀互结、风湿痹阻为标。对该病的辨治首明辨寒热属性,次区别邪正虚实。方药运用上注重根据病位选药,对药增效,藤类引经,虫类药物应用及专病专药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine master professor ZHOU Zhong-ying is famous for his abundant academic experience and ef ective management of many dii cult and miscellaneous diseases. This article sums up the academic thought of professor ZHOU in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Professor ZHOU believes that inherent weakness is the main cause of RA. Wind-cold and dampness-heat are not only the major cause, but also the pathogenic factors. In the advanced stages, the main disease mechanism is dei cient in origin and excessive in superi ciality, with actual situation mixture and the dei ciency of liver and kidney, dei ciency of qi and blood as the origin cause, with phlegm and stasis, cold-dampness blockage as the superi ciality. The diagnostics should determine cold or heat i rstly, and discriminate dei cient or excessive secondly. The treatment plan and drug selection should base on disease location, use synergized medications, lead by rattan herbs, combine with insect drugs.更多还原
