【摘要】 目的:观察脊痹通胶囊治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:本研究共入选659例,治疗组359例用脊痹通胶囊,对照组300例用硫氮磺吡啶,经过3个月治疗后疗效评价如下,其腰臀疼痛不适,夜间痛,晨僵等可明显缓解,腰椎前屈,后伸,侧弯三个方向活动正常或明显改善,实验室检查HLA-B27,血沉(ESR),C反应蛋白(CRP)降至正常或有所下降。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.6%,对照组总有效率为66.0%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:脊痹通胶囊对强直性脊柱炎有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Jibitong Capsule on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods: The study enrolled 659 patients. 359 patients in treatment group were treated with Jibitong capsule, and 300 patients in control group were treated with sulfur and nitrogen SASP, after 3 months treatment efficacy was evaluated. Results: The symptoms of pain in the waist to hip, night pain, morning stif ness could obviously alleviate. Lumbar l exion, extension, lateral bending improved to normal or obviously improved. Laboratory examination showed that HLA-B27, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), C reactive protein(CRP) reduced to normal or decreased. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.6%, and that of the control group was 66.0%. There was signii cant dif erence between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jibitong Capsule has a good therapeutic effect on ankylosing spondylitis.更多还原
