【摘要】 目的:观察补肾活血方口服加结肠透析配合常规西医综合治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭的疗效。方法:按照就诊顺序将80例早中期慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予西医综合治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加补肾活血方口服联合结肠透析治疗。两组均治疗2个疗程后比较两组患者的临床疗效及肾功能改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率65%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),肌酐清除率(Ccr)高于对照组(P<0.05),各项症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血方口服加结肠透析配合常规西医综合治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of oral nourishing kidney and activating blood decoction combined with colon dialysis and western medicine comprehensive treatment for chronic renal failure(CRF) in early and medium stage. Methods: 80 patients with CRF in early and medium stage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of the treatment. 40 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine comprehensive treatment. The treatment group of oral combined with colon dialysis therapy based on the control group treatment. While the treatment group was treated by oral nourishing kidney and activating blood decoction combined with colon dialysis on the basis of western medicine treatment in the control group. Clinical effect and improved conditions of renal function were compared between the two groups after treated for 2 courses. Results: The total effective rate was 92.5% in treatment group, but only 65% in control group, the total effective rate in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group(P<0.01). The serum creatinine(Scr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) in treatment group was lower than control group after treatment(P<0.01), while creatinine cleaning rate(Ccr) was higher than control group(P<0.05), and each symptom score in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: It indicated that oral nourishing kidney and activating blood decoction combined with colon dialysis and western medicine comprehensive therapy had significant effect on CRF in early and medium stage.更多还原
