忍冬藤多糖抗氧化活性研究

【摘要】 目的:评价忍冬藤多糖的体内、体外抗氧化能力。方法:以热水回流提取法(料水比1∶25.61,89.46℃下提取4.53h,提取3次)及分段纯化得到的忍冬藤多糖为材料,通过体外DPPH清除率、总的抗氧化活性的测定及小鼠CCl4肝损伤的体内抗氧化实验来评价忍冬藤多糖的抗氧化能力。结果:忍冬藤多糖体外清除DPPH自由基、总的抗氧化活性均随多糖浓度的增加而上升;体内实验显示忍冬藤多糖可显著提高肝损伤小鼠血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力,降低丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结论:忍冬藤多糖具有较强的体内体外抗氧化能力。

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate antioxidant capacity of polysaccharide ingredient extracted from Lonicera japonica Thunb in vivo and in vitro. Methods: The polysacchride ingredient was extracted from Lonicera japonica Thunb with the hot water rel ux method(the ratio of material to water was 1:25.61; under 89.46℃ for 4.53 hours; for 3 times) and the segmentation purification method. The antioxidant capacity of the polysaccharide in vitro was evaluated by DPPH clearance rate and the total antioxidant activity, as well as in vivo by CCl 4 liver damage mice model. Results: DPPH clearance rate and the total antioxidant activity were both proportional to the concentration of the polysaccharide in vitro. The polysaccharide in vivo could significantly increase the activity of serum and liver SOD, GSH-Px and decrease the content of MDA in CCl 4 liver damage mice model. Conclusion: The polysaccharide ingredient extracted from Lonicera japonica Thunb shows a strong antioxidant capacity in vivo and in vitro.
