【摘要】 文章对严石林教授治疗"面红、唇红、口干、口臭、牙痛、情绪急躁、月经提前、淋漓不尽,尿黄、舌尖暗红夹瘀点、苔黄干"等一派热象表现的女性病案进行分析、讨论,从初始诊断为肝胃郁热,次后辨证为气不摄血,久治疗效不佳,后按肾阳虚"寒火"上浮和下迫辨证,用右归丸合潜阳丹加减治疗而收显著效果的辨治历程,阐述了"寒火"理论对指导临床辨证的重要价值和注重临床实践,精心提炼总结,认识病性病机,对提高辨证水平的重大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes professor YAN Shi-lin’s treatment of the signs and symptoms of exterior heat in female patients. The symptoms consist of facial l ame, red lips, dry mouth, halitosis, toothache, mental irritability, shorter menstrual cycle, yellowish urine color, dark red tongue tip with petechiae, yellowish and dry tongue coating. It analyzes and discusses the process from the initial diagnosis of liver-stomach sweltering heat which later develops into qfiwithout controlling blood after prolonged treatment without good response. Professor YAN has changed the treatment to treat ‘cold fire’ l oating upward and forcefully exerting downward with YougufiPill and Qianyang Dan modified which has shown satisfactory result. In addition, this paper also discusses the clinical importance of ‘cold fire’ theory and the importance of paying attention to details in clinical practice including the analysis of syndrome and the causes and pathological mechanism of the diseases which can lead to the improvement of the clinical practice.更多还原
