【Abstract】 By collating and analyzing the concepts and relationship of relational contract norms,relational capital,and specific investment,the paper constructed a theoretical model to illustrate the way of relational contract to improve transaction performance,and also put forward research hypotheses; then,a large sample of empirical research was made to verify the eight assumptions,including the hypothesis about the mediation effect of the relational capital,but the two hypotheses about the tangible specific asset could not get support.更多还原
