【Abstract】 Organizational performance is one of the most important constructs in management research. Through a systematic study of literature,this article discusses the meanings and evolution of organizational performance measurement and mainly analyzes the development of organizational performance measurement models in abroad,expecting to find out the nature and rule about organizational performance measurement from these models.更多还原
